I think there is an issue of the Wi-Fi in Shunde place recently. The speed is extremely low, and it caused me to be unable to access many websites and some APPs on my phone. Same issue for the wired internet, and it affect me a lot. This situation lasted for a month, however, it has not happened before. May I ask the team to check the network configuration? Sorry to bother you, may I request a repair for the heater in the SDP A102? Since 11/09/219, the heater does not work any more, this quite a problem, as the room is very cold at night. Hope to get it fixed ASAP. Thank you very much.
